Oh, why hello there! My name is Catherine. Most of those who know me, know me as Cat though. I would much rather prefer you call me by my specified name. I am twelve years old...(almost 13). I'm a writer, a photographer, and an artist. You won't see much of my art though. Mostly because my scanner sucks, and I have no way of transporting art 'sept MS paint, which sucks. So, I will not be posting any of my art. Sorry. Maybe through pictures? I'll have to see about that...So, anyways. I'm twelve. I came across a very interesting point today. Has anyone noticed this at all on deviantart? To the point where it get's a little frustrating for some people...if you're a writer, or a photographer on DA, you should know what I'm talking about. Have you ever heard the term, 'starving artist?', well, on DA, it's the writers, and the photographers who are starving...of attention.
It might be just the fact that viewers may actually see a drawing rather than reading a poem where you have to imagine that drawing in your head. I just am irritated with how people in DA believe that it's fair to overlook writer's work, and photographer's, meanwhile t
